Couple of things on bells sizes...
For those of you using the 20 lb, you should probably think about moving up to the 12kg. I know you want the numbers, but you should also think about maximizing your efforts and results.
For those of you using heavy bells and doing swings almost daily, make sure you throw in a light workout day. Swinging everday can be pretty taxing on your body. Nothing wrong with going light...use this day to try out one-handed swings and alternating swings.

And then there were 5
Unfortunately Vicky has had to drop out of the contest, but she is really excited for the next go around. Jen and I did 800 together yesterday, it's always fun to do them with a partner. I'm usually there mid-morning and on weekends so just send me an e:mail or give me a call and I'd be glad to do some swings with you. I was ready to quit at about 600 yesterday but I couldn't let the student beat the teacher.

Chris' Success
I saw Chris Avery this morning and she told me she has lost 1 and 1/2 pounds from a little over 700 swings. This isn't that hard folks, you will be amazed at the results. By the way, she's aiming for 10,000 after reading the article I sent you all yesterday.
